Sprocket Outer Sleeve Tube
High‐tech plastic composite outer tube which is naturally “slippery” and less dense than steel. With this combination, only the outer tube wears, thus saving the inner tube replacement cost.
Save money and time on expensive inner roller replacements with these plastic outer roller tubes. Designed to protect inners by absorbing more wear, plastic outers are cheaper and will extend the life of your inners.
Front Idler Wheels
Heavy Duty Aluminum Alloy Front and Rear Idler Wheels that has INCREDIBLE Wear Life compared to plastic wheels. Reduced wear means longer life for drive lugs as well. Fits CAT 247/257, RC 50/60 or similar machine.
Rear Idler Wheels
Tired of replacing your rubber and plastic wheels? Bair Products, Inc. has solved your problem with our Aluminum Alloy Wheels. Fits CAT 247/257, ASV 50/60 or similar machines.
Hydraulic Track Tensioner
Provides the ability to easily tighten or lessen the tension of the track within minutes using a grease gun without having to use large wrenches or torches due to rust and corrosion. Poorly tensioned tracks are a leading cause of drive lug damage. Keep your tracks well tensioned with far less effort with greased hydraulic track tensioners. What was once a difficult 20 minute job is now an effortless 20 second job.
Steel Drill Template
Templates have pre‐drilled holes to match the Larry Lug. Place template on top of the track where the p p y g p p new lug is to be installed. Using a ½” drill bit (not included) drill directly into the track through the rubber and back out making sure that the hole is not over drilled.
4″ Carbide Grinding Wheel
Aggressively removes the rubber broken/worn lug. Grinding wheel has “little aligator” teeth all over the face of the wheel. We recommend safety glasses and extra caution.
